Price & Booking Information
General Information
- All prices include WLAN, dishes and towels, local taxes and final cleaning are to be paid separately.
- Local taxes are € 2.- per person and night and are payable by those aged 15 and over.
- For final cleaning we charge € 68.-.
- Prices for longer stays are dependent upon the duration and on request.
- Please pay heed to the stipulated quiet period between 11 p.m.-7 a.m.
- General terms and conditions for the hotel sector (AGBH) apply, as do our hotel rules.
- All our apartments are NON-SMOKING apartments.
- All our apartments have free WLAN access and are accessible by lift.
- Cost for interim cleaning is € 45.-
- It is possible to have a change of laundry (towels etc.) and is charged at € 2.- per item.
- Pets are not allowed
Arrival and Departure
Arrival is possible after 3 p.m. Your accommodation is available until 10 a.m.
Deposit
The full amount must always be paid.
Cancellation fees
Cancellation 6 days before: free
5 days before – 100% of the booking price
We try to keep cancellation fees as low as possible for you. Should we locate other guests for the period you have booked then you will not incur any costs.

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance with Europäischen Reiseversicherung.
